I could go on at length about imperial or metric cups and teaspoons versus millitre measuring spoons or grams, and how many grams are in a cup of flour versus a cup of water, but it’s already been done. I disagree with the author that weighing ingredients is easier – but that’s all subjective anyways right? Her scientific explanation is superbe and greatly appreciated.
